BB2.5 FLEX is built for rehabilitation projects where standard circular liners do not suit the pipe profile, special geometries, arch renovation, variable cross sections, and dimensional changes.

It is a prefabricated GRP liner, ready for installation, with the existing pipe condition factored into the rehabilitation design. Wall thickness after installation is determined by the initial wall thickness, the expansion during installation, and volume constancy, each BB2.5 FLEX is defined in close consultation with BurrowTech’s team.
BB2.5 FLEX shares the same DIBt-approved material system as BB2.5 (approval number Z-42.3-490), with the added flexibility to handle non-standard pipe geometries.
