BB2.5 is a UV-cured glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) liner for trenchless sewer pipe rehabilitation. It creates a new structural pipe inside the old one, cured in place using UV light, without excavation.
View technical information, product benefits, downloads and answers to common questions.
The liner is manufactured with an average wall thickness that meets structural design specifications, produced continuously and supplied ready for installation, protected inside and outside by air-tight and water-tight films and packed in a UV-proof film.
BB2.5 is approved under the general approval of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt), approval number Z-42.3-490. Because sewer dimensions, cross-sections, and structural loads vary from site to site, BB2.5 is specified per job, talk to BurrowTech’s team about the right configuration for your pipeline.

A liner is inserted into the damaged pipe, then hardened in place using UV light, forming a new structural pipe wall without excavation.
Circular profile DN 150 to DN 1,600, oval profile DN 200/300 to DN 1,200/1,800.
