Point Repair Packer series
Our Point Repair Packers are used for repairing damages or cracks in the pipelines without digging, as it is a trenchless solution. These packers are an easy to apply and cost-effective solution for the contractor and for the client. These are produced by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. It is resistant to temperatures between -30°C and +70°C.
Range & Features
- Wide range allows more than one pipe repair with a single product, thanks to its wide diameter range.
- A range that provides access to areas where the repair of the pipe is very difficult, thanks to its back part made of soft rubber, and this simplifies handling of the packer in narrow spaces. Also, medusa packers can be pushed closer to the pipe edge.
- A range of flexible packers that allows repairs to be made in these areas by turning from 30º, 45º and 90º bends.
- A range with a wheeled structure that allows easier movement in pipe than standard lateral packers
- A range with wheeled and by-pass designs which allows point repair while flowing inside the pipe and at the same time, it allows quick access to the patch area to be repaired.
- A range of Hat Packers that allow point repair of pipes with T connection. It is produced with a design that allows combinations of repair hats of different sizes and inflating the hat to be mounted on the product, thanks to the M6 female bolt flowing in the middle of the product.
