This makes it a practical option where the existing pipe does not follow a straightforward circular profile, or where the asset changes shape or size along the run. Circular and oval profile options are available, with final sizing and wall thickness based on the project requirements and structural design.

The BB2.5 FLEX is a GRP liner that is prefabricated ready for installation. It is designed to work with the existing pipe, with the old pipe condition considered as part of the rehabilitation case. For contractors, councils, and infrastructure teams, this helps provide a more tailored approach to complex pipe renewal work.

  • BB 2.5 FLEX and BB 2.5 FLEX XL are flexible to install, as neither the direction of insertion nor the location of the dimensional jump need to be known.
  • Transport advantage of the BB 2.5 FLEX XL due to production to DN 1600. This means that the liner with packaging fits on a normal truck or in a normal sea freight container.
